TWO TREES OR NOT TWO TREES-PAINTING TREES IN WATERCOLOUR

Well its three trees, although we had originally started looking at two trees and how to simplify their painting and still be able to show their individual characteristics. This was an exercise in mark making and painting trees in watercolour.

Painting loosely is not our usual technique, as we are more used to painting flowers in a botanical fashion, or using pencils, and print in a much tighter way. Keeping these colourful splashes of watercolour suggesting shape and form, in an artistic manner, are like a type of wizardry to us. It's a real skill and almost sends the mind of someone used to detail, into full blown panic.

To be fair it was actually fun and whilst the little sketches of trees are not showing the skill a watercolour expert has, we were pleased with our experiment and felt you may enjoy these little sketches on our writing paper and other items.

What an inspiring post on painting trees with watercolors! The level of detail and color blending methods you demonstrated are extremely astounding. As a creative enthusiast, I value the connection between art and branding. At Logo Design Canada, we think that artistic expression extends to custom business stationary, allowing firms to showcase their unique identity with elegance and professionalism. Your post brilliantly demonstrates how innovation can improve presentation and storytelling.
