Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we do not ship outside the Uk through our website. If you would like to place an order that is to be shipped to USA, Canada, Europe, or Australia please visit our Etsy shop using the following link - www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CottageRts
How will my order be packed ready to ship?

Your order will be packaged sufficiently in a board backed envelope.
Who do you use to ship your orders?

As standard we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to ship our orders.
Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Where available, shipping upgrades can be selected at checkout.
Can you customise text for me?

For a small extra fee we are able to customise text on some of our products. Please get in touch for more details.
Are you able to do custom designs?

Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to produce custom designs. However we may be able to offer this service in the future.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

The delivery times stated above are only an estimate. Unfortunately due to many reasons out of our control mail can be delayed in arriving at it’s destination. If you believe that your order may have been lost, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation. However please note that we are unable to give a full refund until your order has been declared lost by the postal service. The time frame can be found below. UK – 10 working days after the day it was due to arrive.
