Your order will be packaged sufficiently in a board backed envelope.

As standard we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to ship our orders.

Where available, shipping upgrades can be selected at checkout.

For a small extra fee we are able to customise text on some of our products. Please get in touch for more details.

Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to produce custom designs. However we may be able to offer this service in the future.

The delivery times stated above are only an estimate. Unfortunately due to many reasons out of our control mail can be delayed in arriving at it’s destination. If you believe that your order may have been lost, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation. However please note that we are unable to give a full refund until your order has been declared lost by the postal service. The time frame can be found below. UK – 10 working days after the day it was due to arrive.
